Sam de la Rosa has inked virtually every character that DC & Marvel have.  He also worked for a variety of smaller publishers. He is now doing a limited number of commission pieces. Detailed head shots are $75 & full figure pencils are $125. He is also willing to ink your pencils for a fee to be determined. Some examples of his work are shown below.
